5, 2008
"The Source" features scenes reflecting the
Forties & the Eighties. Extras on the set include break
dancers and a mob of picketing protesters. This cool timely R&B
song promotes "love" in these troubled, divided times.
The video debut will be in December or January.
MInt Condition - "Nothing
Left To Say" - Saturday November 22, 2008
The Grammy nominated St. Paul group has a single on Urban AC

shot in a Mercedes. Abstract shapes and color effects will be added
by our post team, Mark Kasper, Chris Wurr & Wayne Johnson.
Lost In Prague - "World's
Apart" - Wednesday
July 20, 2008
This video debuts in November 2008 (T.B.A.). The video

story, involves love, hitmen and a sudden twist. LIP's manager
( MSB grad ) Nick Dayton is featured in the new Music Biz commercial
w/ footage from the Triple Rock, Warped Tour and the video.
Future Videos
We have CDs and promo from a number of young local acts, including
Alicia Wiley, Minnesoat Fats (MSB grad) and others. We plan
to do one (or two) per quarter.
Also coming in 2009, a concert we will record live at Broadview,
featuring Ill Chemistry and a small studio audience.
Submit
Your Act
We will take CD submissions from
acts connected to M.S.B. The acts on our production calendar
are connected by staff, grads and MySpace/Facebook. We have
a number of acts submitting their CDs,
one sheets and song concepts.
Broadview
We will shoot video on the soundstage at Broadview. The acts
we choose need to have songs recorded and mixed & must
be of professional caliber. The songs must be original, with no
mechanical or publishing fees due. The process will
involve concept meetings, storyboarding, shooting, and editting
in a professional video facility - Broadview Media, compliments
of Mr. Red White.
DV MB - Dozens of students
M.S.B. students will have many
chances to intern and work in a professional media environment.
Among the student roles for these sessions
are : Associate Producer, Communications Director, Camera Person,
Playback Engineer, Production Assistant,
Grip, and Catering. Lots of resume potential here.
